Seyhan Kogukoglu, RSSW

Founder & CEO

Meet Seyhan, a registered Psychotherapist specializing in serving clients experiencing life changes, anxiety, and depression. With a honours degree in Human Rights and Equity Studies and an honours diploma in Social Service Work, Seyhan is a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.


Seyhan utilizes motivational interviewing, a strengths-based approach, and narrative therapy to help clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. With a wealth of clinical experience across a range of ages, from youth to older adults, Seyhan is committed to helping individuals from all demographics.


Seyhan is fluent in both English and Turkish and is currently pursuing her Master's in Social Work.
